This is a full time role that requires delivery of clinical therapy to a paediatric caseload.

Responsibilities include..

  • Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to our team of allied health professionals.

  • Oversee and maintain high standards of client care, ensuring evidence-based practices.

  • Lead team meetings and provide support and guidance to your team members.

  • Collaborate with management to shape and implement service strategies.

  • Act as a point of contact for complex cases, offering expertise and support.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and client-centred culture.

  • This role requires that you deliver clinical individualised therapy to a caseload of paediatric clients in your discipline.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.

  • Significant experience in clinical practice, with demonstrated leadership skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • A passion for empowering teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
