We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Swimming Instructor to join our team.
In this role, you will deliver safe, engaging, and skill-focused swimming lessons to individuals and groups of all ages and abilities. Your work will help clients develop water safety skills, improve their confidence, and foster a lifelong love of swimming.
This role is based in both Forbes & Parkes.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver swimming lessons tailored to the needs and skill levels of each client.
Teach water safety and swimming techniques, focusing on building confidence and capability in the water.
Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons, adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of client attendance and progress.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment.

Essential Qualifications/ Requirements:
Current Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety certification (or equivalent).
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Demonstrated experience teaching swimming to individuals and/or groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
