Swimming Lessons

Class Information

Mums & Bubs

Throughout the 8-week term, children will begin to discover water comfortably. Using a gentle approach, we gradually introduce your child to the water, helping them become comfortable and confident in this new environment.

We introduce basic water safety to both parents and children, including rules on how to enter and exit the water safely and how to respond if they accidentally fall in. For example, children learn to fall into the arms of a parent or carer and then roll onto their backs.

We also strive to build your child's confidence through games, songs, and playful activities.

Total price for the 6 week term is $180.

3 years and above

In our classes for ages 3-4, 4-5, and 5-6 years, we start the term by developing basic swimming skills. Children learn the fundamentals, such as kicking, arm movements, and floating with support.

We also focus on understanding water safety, including recognising signs around the pool like "No Running," "No Jumping," and "Watch and Act."

A key element of all our classes is to create a positive and enjoyable experience that nurtures your child's love for swimming and the water. This includes games like sinkies (sinking toys), where children can set goals to retrieve toys at various depths of the pool.

Total price for the 6 week term is $180.
