Seniors Exercise Class

What to expect

Our seniors exercise class is back by demand ran by our lovely Physiotherapist, Sami Webber.

Each class focuses on balance, coordination, falls prevention and muscle strengthening. It's a great way to connect with others and a fun way to stay active.

Our classes run on Mondays 9am and Thursdays 10:30am and run for 6 weeks. We have limited spots available, so get in quick to secure your spot.
